2004 – graduated from UGTU-UPI, civil engineer.

2004-2006 – worked in construction organizations, the field of activity is metal structures.

2006-2008 – Head of the Territorial Planning Department of the Construction Quality Center.

2008-2010 – Head of the Territorial Planning Department of FSUE Uralaerogeodesia.

The departments developed urban planning documentation of various levels (from planning projects to the territorial planning scheme of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation) in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan regions, Perm Krai, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Udmurt Republic.

2004-present – Member of the UrFU Department of Urban Construction.
