Oleg Shulyatyev
Background
Civil engineer, Doctor of Technical Sciences. He graduated from the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute (LISI).
He is the author of more than 159 scientific papers, including 42 inventions, more than a hundred foundation projects, including a number of Moscow City skyscrapers, the Lakhta Center towers in St. Petersburg, and the Olympic Committee buildings in Moscow. Sochi, buildings of the mining and processing plant of the Elginsky deposit in Yakutia, several high-rise multifunctional complexes in Moscow.
He is one of the developers of regulatory documents on the design and construction of foundations, including high-rise buildings.
Twice winner of the Russian Government Prize in science and technology.
As part of the team of authors led by V.P. Petrukhin, in 2013 he received the prize for the theory and practice of VAT regulation of the soil mass during new construction and reconstruction, and in 2020. as part of the team of authors led by Travush V.I. — for the development and creation of constructive and technological solutions and a management model for the construction of a unique high-rise facility.
In 2022, he was awarded a certificate of honor from the President of the Russian Federation for his labor achievements and many years of diligent work.
