Background
Rory O'Hagan joined Assael in 2011 and has extensive experience designing residential and mixed-use spaces for developers and institutional investors.
Rory has led Assael's largest projects in the Build to Rent sector. For example, "Blackhorse Mills" (Walthamstow, London) and "Union Wharf" (Greenwich, London), which was awarded and also implemented using external volumetric construction.
Rory continues to lead several Build to Rent projects and heads Assael's research groups on sustainable development and remote facilities. He is also the co-head of Assael's research and design strategies designed specifically for the elderly.
