Background

In 2002, he graduated from the Yekaterinburg branch of the Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with a degree in fire safety engineering. In 2009, he graduated from the Ural State Law Academy, the Institute of Law and Entrepreneurship. Since 2001, he has worked as a locksmith of the 4th category of the gas industry of the Uralelectromed energy workshop. In 2002, he was appointed to the post of head of guard 85 of the PCH 7 OGPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region. In 2004, he was promoted to the rank of senior lieutenant in the Internal Service.
