• Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" in 2006, tax specialist,
• Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, 2018, retraining in the program "organization of architectural and construction design for the chief engineer of the project (GIP)".

Since 2002, he has served in the State Fire Service. In April 2007, he joined the Committee of the State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow.

On June 1, 2021, in accordance with the order of the Mayor of Moscow, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Construction Supervision Committee of the City of Moscow.
