Andrey Nikiforov

Background

In 2001 he graduated from the Academy of Law and Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, in 2015 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

From 1997 to 2010, he served in the internal affairs bodies.

From 2010 to 2016 – Advisor, Head of Department, Federal Financial and Budgetary Supervision Service.

From 2016 to 2017, he was a senior researcher at the Federal State Research Institution Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 2017 to 2018, he was the Chief Inspector of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Since April 2018, he has been appointed Head of the Control and Audit Department in the field of development institutions and state assets.

Since 2019, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of GFC and CD of the Faculty of Finance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
