
Min Fook Nguyen
Background
He received Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economic Management in the UK.
After graduating from the University of Bath (Somerset, UK) with a degree in Architecture, he immediately joined Foster+Partners in London, where he worked for almost 8 years in architectural design at the London headquarters and represented the company in Vietnam. During his time at Foster+Partners, he gained extensive experience in designing museums, conference centers, hotels, offices, luxury apartments, as well as in the fields of master planning and interior design. Among the key projects in which he was directly involved during his time at Foster + Partners:
- office towers of the VietinBank Business Center in Hanoi (two towers 68 and 48 floors high + an 8-storey stylobate);
- DiamondRice Tower in Hanoi (two 100-storey towers + a 15-storey stylobate);
- The 3,000-seat Thang Long Opera House in Hanoi, built as part of the competition;
- master plan of the new Thi Thiem area in Ho Chi Minh City on 60 hectares;
- New Holland district in Saint Petersburg;
- Queen Alia International Airport in Jordan;
- Tai Po Residential Complex in Hong Kong (three 25- and 30-storey skyscrapers);
- the Platinum park complex in Kuala Lumpur (five 40- and 50-storey skyscrapers) and others.
While working in Vietnam, he supported the company in opening a representative office and worked directly with project managers, local architects, contractors and customers on construction documentation and working drawings, eventually becoming a key contact person in the region.
In 2012, he became one of the founders of MPN + PARTNERS and was the lead designer of most projects.
He also received higher education in the fields of Landscape Design, Sustainable Landscape Design and Green Construction, knowledge in which he masterfully combines with the principles of feng Shui in each project.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
