Background
Namchai Saensupha holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Chulalongkorn University and has experience working for various landscape architect companies, including Naga Concepts Pte Ltd., Peridian Asia Co. Ltd. and Cicada Pte Ltd.
In 2007, he founded Shma Co. Ltd. He works with two other partners as a co-founder and director of the company.
His scope of work ranges from residential, hotel, public institutions, to institutes, public parks, commercial and mixed institutions. His projects focus on sustainable, reliable, and community-friendly approaches that stem from a process of co-participation with diverse communities.
Mr. Namchai has also been a visiting critic at the Faculty of Landscape Architecture at Kasetsart University, and a visiting lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and Thammasart University. He will be the president of the Thai Association of Landscape Architects from August 2019 to August 2021.
