Background

He graduated from the State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.

He worked as a foreman and senior foreman in construction organizations in Moscow.

He worked in various positions from a leading specialist to first deputy chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, and worked at the Moscow State Budgetary Institution Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction from laboratory head to first deputy director.

In 2020, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Construction of the Department of Regional Development and Infrastructure of the Government of the Russian Federation.

He headed the Federal Autonomous Institution "Federal Center for Standardization, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction" (FAA "FTS").

On August 17, 2021, by order of the Government of the Russian Federation, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
