Background
He graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute (MARCHI, 1993) and the IFAG-Paris Institute of Management (France, 1996).
Strelka Design Bureau partner since 2013, an expert in the field of spatial development of cities and territories. Previously, he was the editor—in-chief of Project Russia magazine.
