Alexander Mordvinov was born in 1983 in Samara.
In 2005 graduated in the year Since 2006, he has been working in senior positions: he held the positions of Executive and General Director of Dimitrovgrad Energy Marketing Company LLC, First deputy head, and subsequently CEO of Mordovian Energy Marketing Company. Mordvinov worked in this position from 2011 to October 2020.Since November 2020, he has served as the Minister of Energy and Housing of the Samara Region. In August 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Samara Region.
