Background

He graduated from the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute. academician S.P.Korolev. Specialization: "Aircraft manufacturing".

He received the specialty "Experimental Engineer of the MAP of the USSR" at the School of Test Pilots of the Ministry of Aviation Industry of the USSR.

He worked in such companies as the Siberian Research Institute of Aviation. Academician S.A.Chaplygina, Siberian Research Institute of Energy of the USSR Ministry of Energy, Teploelectroproekt, UNIKON.

Since 1976, he has been the head of the Aerodynamics Laboratory.

He is the author of two monographs and more than 30 published scientific articles.

Under the leadership and with direct participation, model studies of the aerodynamic characteristics of about 450 unique objects were conducted; the research results obtained were implemented into projects.
