Pavel Migachev

Background

In 2000, he graduated from Saratov State Technical University with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.

From 2000 to 2009 he worked in construction organizations.

Since 2009, he has been a leading specialist in the Capital Construction Department of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Sargorkapstroykomplekt, Head of the Capital Construction Department of the Saratov Administration's Capital Construction Department, Head of the Capital Construction Department of the Committee on Urban Planning Policy, Architecture and Capital Construction.

Since December 2016, he has been the director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Sargorkapstroykomplekt.

From July 2017 to March 2019, he was the First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Saratov Region.

Since March 2019, he has been Deputy Head of the Saratov City Administration (for Construction).

From July 2019 to September 2022 - Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Saratov Region.

From July 2019 to September 2022 - Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Saratov Region.

On September 29, 2022, by Decree of the Governor of the region, R.V. Busargin, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the regional Government in charge of construction, transport, road, housing and communal services, protection of cultural heritage and ensuring the safety of the population.
