Background
From 1997 to 2002, she worked in the Open Society Institute charity project for organizing cultural exchanges and internships for cultural workers.
From 2002 to 2011, she worked in the non–governmental sector in culture, where she was involved in the financial management of NGOs (Institute of Cultural Policy, Creative Industries Agency).
She participated in projects such as the Concept of Cultural Policy of the Perm Region (2010), mapping the creative industries of the city of Krasnoyarsk (2011), launching the School of Creative Entrepreneurs distance learning program, the Creative Buisiness Cup International Competition for Creative Entrepreneurs, and the Summer School on Creative Industries in collaboration with the Oxford Fund Russia (2006-2015). Developer of educational programs in the field of economic and legal aspects of cultural activities within the framework of the national project "Education".
From 2000 to the present, he has been engaged in educational activities in the field of creative industries and creative entrepreneurship.
Since 2012– the modernization of the ZIL Cultural Center and its transformation into a modern multifunctional cultural center
Since May 2013 – Director of the ZIL Cultural Center.
