Background
In 1992, he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute named after Kirov with a degree in metallurgy and welding production processes. In 1997, he graduated from Ural State Technical University with a degree in economics and enterprise Management. In 2002, he graduated from the Ural Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in law.
In 1999, he completed training and received a license as an arbitration administrator. In 2003, he completed training and successfully passed the unified training program for arbitration managers.
In 2008-2009, he completed training under the presidential management training program. Specialization – "enterprise management strategy". The best graduate of the UGTU-UPI business school.
Work experience in senior positions is more than 15 years.
In 1998, he became the founder and head of the UralINKO consulting group.
Since 2000, he has been an anti–crisis (arbitration) manager.
Former head of the representative office of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the Ural Federal District.
