Background
He started his career in the construction of the Tatar nuclear power plant, having worked his way up from master to deputy head of the Department for Industrial Construction. Later, he worked as Deputy General Director for Industry at Kamglavstroy Management Company, Director of Neftegazengineering LLC.
Over the past 10 years, 2 major investment projects have been implemented under the direct management of K.N. Matveev.:
- The Nizhnekamsk tire plant with an all-metal cord (CMC) was built and commissioned under the license of the Continental company at a cost of 16 billion rubles.
- The Nizhnekamsk Oil Refinery was built at a cost of 200 billion rubles.
Since 2011, K.N. Matveev has been working at Mosinzhproekt OJSC, which is the general contractor for the execution of a city order for the design of engineering structures and communications for organizations of the Moscow investment and construction complex. In 2013, he was appointed CEO of the company. In a short period of time, under the leadership of K.N. Matveev, a team has been created that successfully implements the Moscow metro construction program. To date, work is underway at various facilities for the design, installation of equipment and construction. The projects are being implemented according to schedules approved by the Moscow Government. The active production activity of K.N. Matveev greatly contributes to the company's achievement of positive indicators in terms of volume of work and profitability. Together with K.N. Matveev, Mosinzhproekt OJSC became the winner of the Russian Construction Olympus 2013 award in the Construction Industry Leader nomination.
He was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor" for his worthy contribution to the development of the petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
JSC TANECO was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan" for its great contribution to the construction of the first start-up complex of oil refineries and petrochemical plants.
For his conscientious work in the Moscow Urban Development Complex and significant contribution to ensuring the successful operation of the enterprise, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the City of Moscow.
