
Matthew Mako
Background
Matt Mako has been directly involved in all projects of the Green Building Strategy company since its foundation in 2008. His recent achievements include working on six of the largest zero/minimum external energy (ZeroNetEnergy) commercial real estate construction projects, including one of the largest construction projects of this type in the United States. Matt has also assisted eighteen unique facilities in the United States in obtaining LeedPlatinum certification. Such facilities include TransbayTower, 535 Mission, and Dpconstruction'she Headquarters in San Francisco.
Matt works closely with three of the five largest companies in the world. He led eight major municipal contacts, including a contract to improve the energy efficiency of more than 300 buildings of the San Francisco Housing and Communal Services Commission.
