
Pavel Martinoff
Background
He graduated from USTU with a degree in industrial thermal power engineering in 1996. In 2011, he received a diploma of professional retraining from the Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin under the program "Lean Manufacturing in the management of resources and results of an industrial Enterprise." In 2012-13, he graduated from the Presidential management Training program "Organization Management", specializing in enterprise management strategy.
He began his professional career at USTU as an engineer in the Department of Extracurricular work with students (1996-199), then as Head of the Department of International Relations (1999-2000).
From August 2000 to December 2017, he worked at JSC "Refractories", worked his way up from pyrometrist, head of TTL, Deputy Chief power engineer for operation of thermal units and energy conservation, head of the roasting shop, head of the technical department to chief engineer.
From 25.12.2017 to the present – the head of the Bogdanovich city district.
