Background

Since December 2019, Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Competence Center of the Leningrad Region". Since 2020, I have been the ASI's public representative in the Leningrad Region in the field of Urban Development, a teacher of the discipline "Territorial Development Management" at the St. Petersburg State University Graduate School of Management, Candidate of Political Sciences, successfully developing social design, and practicing collaborative design in the Leningrad Region, creating and implementing various projects related to urban issues. I am the winner of the All-Russian award "Expert of the Year 2021" in the nomination "Urbanism and Affordable Environment", the winner of the award "Petersburg of the Future 2021" in the nomination "Urbanist of the Year", I have a letter of thanks from the Minister of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation (2021, 2022).
