4 years project manager and work with key customers of ready-made structural elements in Lesh/Germany.

For 5 years, he has been the head of the RMC-group product line, responsible for special types of concrete and steel fiber concrete.

For 5 years, he has been a manager of research and marketing projects on steel fiber reinforced concrete at Arcelor in Luxembourg. Development of design methods in the field of steel fiber concrete application.

3 years - Head of the concrete testing laboratory at Arcelor in Luxembourg.

8 years - Head of the Steel Fiber Department, Severstal-metiz, Russia.

Member of several European standardization committees in the field of developing new standards for steel fiber concrete.

Several awards for the development of innovations.

2004 - Bavarian Innovation Award for the successfully implemented project of the world's first suspended aboveground floor made of steel-fiber concrete.
