Background

Since 2012, Dmitry Maksimov has been specializing in the development and implementation of energy-efficient technologies, working on the development of atypical technical solutions to increase the level of energy and water efficiency and environmental friendliness of real estate.

Since 2016, Dmitry has been the holder of the GREEN ZOOM expert certificate with a confirmed right to carry out work in the field of certification according to the Russian system for improving energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of GREENZOOM real estate. Dmitry also promotes the experience and ideas of the system in the domestic market of sustainable development.

In 2018, Dmitry was appointed Chief Engineer of the Department for the Implementation of Energy-efficient Solutions at BUREAU OF TECHNOLOGY. Also in the same year, he took the post of deputy head of the working group on the development of the GREEN ZOOM system.
