Background

In 2019, a long journey began in the archival service of the Sverdlovsk region.In 2019, she got a job in the regional archive of personnel documents of the Sverdlovsk region. She started her career as a documentary filmmaker. Later, in 2014, she moved to the position of head of the department. In 2015, Maria Vadimovna was invited to public service in the regional body regulating the activities of archival institutions in the Sverdlovsk region – the Archives Department of the Sverdlovsk Region. In 2016, she was certified as a leading specialist in the Department of state Control in the field of archival affairs and legal work, where she worked until 2022.

In 2020, she got acquainted with the activities of helping organizations, thanks to which she later joined the Special People Association, where she still works today.
