Background
Artak Makaryan started his professional career at the YIT company in 2004 as the project manager for the construction of a new building of the Japanese Embassy in Moscow. Then he held the position of Director of Business Development and Investments.
Currently, he is the Director of Product development and Design, coordinating the company's activities in all regions of its presence in Russia. His responsibilities include leading the development of concepts for new residential complexes, approving design criteria, and developing the UIT product.
