Elena Makarenko

Elena Viktorovna Makarenko is the founder and technical director of the InforMA Design Bureau, an expert in the field of integrated architectural and construction design and the introduction of digital technologies in the construction industry.

Under her technical guidance, InforMA has grown over the past 10 years into a federal-level design bureau bringing together more than 100 specialists. The company's portfolio includes over 3,500 objects with a total area of more than 5 million m2: residential and public complexes, industrial and infrastructural facilities, sports facilities and resort real estate. Among the landmark projects are the RMK Arena, the Tennis Center, the Traktor training rink, the BOVID business hall, Luxor Resort, as well as residential high—rise complexes in Moscow.

Elena Viktorovna is a member of the Board of NP SRO SPO of the Southern Urals, Vice-president of the Design Leaders Club for the Ural Federal District and a resident of the National Association for Territorial Development. In 2026, she became the winner of the special nomination "National Recognition" of the IV National All-Russian Award "Business Prestige: A Creative Woman". More than 33,000 votes were cast in support of her candidacy, a record number in the history of the award.
