Background

In 2000, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the South Ural State Institute. She began her career path immediately after graduation, having worked her way up from a category III engineer to a leading engineer (2000-2005). This stage became the basis for the formation of key professional competencies and a deep understanding of project processes.

From 2005 to 2008, she worked as the chief project engineer at the INSYSTROY construction holding, where, under her leadership, large logistics and industrial infrastructure facilities were implemented.

In 2008-2015, she headed the design department of the Institute of Emergency Medicine. Over the years, the staff has been increased from 50 to 200 specialists, new approaches have been introduced, and BIM technologies have been among the first to be applied in industrial design.

In 2015, she founded the InforMA design bureau. Today, the bureau is developing as a center of expertise and innovation: the team is actively implementing digital technologies, BIM and artificial intelligence, developing its own standards and following global trends in architecture and design. Constant development and openness to new challenges allow InforMA to implement projects of various scales and complexity, forming modern design quality.

Since 2024, she has been a member of the Designers Club, as well as vice-president of the Ural Federal District Designers Club. In 2025, she became a resident of the National Association for Territorial Development (NART). In addition, she is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Chelyabinsk region, which confirms her active participation not only in the development of the project industry, but also in shaping the business environment of the region.
