Background

Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Viktorova is the Chief Project Engineer of the Department of Standardization and Standardization in Construction of the Center for Standardization and Standardization Methodology in Construction (JSC "CNS").

He holds the title of "Honorary Architect of Russia", the degree of Candidate of Architecture and the academic title of Senior Researcher. She has published more than 100 printed works, including 16 Manuals, manuals and monographs, including: "Creating an environment for the work of low-mobility groups of the population in industrial enterprises", "Natural stone in architecture" (Gold medal and honorary diploma of the 3rd World Architectural Exhibition in Sofia "Architectural Biennale – 84"). L. Viktorova developed, supplemented and updated about 30 regulatory documents, including the SNiP "Buildings residential apartment buildings" and its updated edition.

The main areas of activity at JSC CNS are: development of regulatory documents for the design and construction of buildings and structures of various typologies; advisory activities to clarify the provisions of existing regulatory documents; expertise of special technical specifications for the development of projects for unique buildings and structures. Viktorova has completed more than seven dozen expert opinions, including on the facilities of the Moscow City complex, the Okhta and Lakhta towers in St. Petersburg, and on a number of high–rise buildings and multifunctional complexes being designed in various Russian cities.
