Background
He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Transport Engineers with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
Alexander Lyubartsev made a great contribution to the implementation of the reconstruction project of the BSA Luzhniki. He was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the City of Moscow for his conscientious work and personal contribution to the successful implementation of the reconstruction project of the Luzhniki Large Sports Arena.
In 2019, Alexander received the Certificate of "Professional Engineer of Russia" according to the results of the All-Russian competition "Engineer of the Year" in the nomination "Construction and the Construction Industry". In addition, Alexander is the author of articles and expert comments in industry publications. He manages the design departments of the company, and also participates in the development of structural and engineering solutions for the projected construction sites.
