Alexander Lutsenko

Background

In 2006, he graduated with honors from the Tolyatti Military Technical University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering.

In 2022, he completed the Additional professional educational program of professional retraining Executive MBA "Strategic Management and Leadership", qualification "Master of Business Administration – Master of Business Administration (MBA)", RANEPA.

From 2008 to 2012, he worked at Stroymaximum LLC as Head of the survey group and Head of the Engineering Survey Bureau. Since 2012. Deputy General Director of Stroymaximum LLC.

From 2012 to 2017, he worked at the Moscow State Government Institution "Directorate for Construction, Reconstruction and Operation of Sports Buildings and Facilities" of the Moscow Department of Physical Culture and Sports. (GKU "DSRESZS" of Moskomsport), (currently the Department of Sports and Tourism) in the position of: Deputy Director for Coordination of construction and commissioning of facilities.

He has been working at KTB Project LLC as General Director since 2018.
