Raphael Lutfullin

Background

Born on January 20, 1975 in Sterlitamak, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1999, he graduated from the Ural State Law Academy in Yekaterinburg.

From 1998-2004, he worked as the head of the Branch No. 7 in Pokachi of the Institution of Justice for the registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

From 2005 to 2007, he worked as Deputy Head of the Surgut Department of the Federal Registration Service for the Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts.

From 2007-2012, he worked as the head of the Surgut Department of the Federal Registration Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra.

From 2012-2018, he was appointed director of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr" in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra.

Since 2018, he has been appointed director of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr" in the Sverdlovsk region.

On October 10, 2018, he was appointed director of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FKP Rosreestr" in the Ural Federal District.

He has state awards:

2003 – medal "In memory of the 200th anniversary of the Ministry of Justice of Russia";
