Background
He has a higher education degree in Industrial Civil Engineering. Advanced training in the specialty "AI director".
In 2006, he graduated from the Military Engineering and Technical University in St. Petersburg with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
He served as an officer in a military unit in Moscow.
From 2017 to 2018, he worked with the new ORLAN System project. The project is being created as part of the national Digital Economy program and is aimed at digitalizing the construction industry, as well as creating a transparent competitive environment in the market. The project is operating in a pilot mode in the Moscow region. Scaling across the territory of the Russian Federation begins in 2020.
