Background

She graduated with honors from St. Petersburg University of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit and from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Law. Doctor of Economics (since 2012).

From 2001 to 2013, she worked in the field of science and education, was the developer of more than 10 scientific studies in the field of economics and management, including at the request of the executive authorities of St. Petersburg. In 2010, she became a laureate of the St. Petersburg Government Prize in the field of scientific and pedagogical activity and the winner of the St. Petersburg grant competition for young scientists.

In 2013, she was appointed Advisor to the Governor of St. Petersburg on economic issues.

In 2015, she was appointed Chairman of the St. Petersburg Property Relations Committee.
