Background

He graduated from the North Caucasus State Technical University, an engineer specializing in industrial and civil engineering.

He received additional education at the Institute of Additional Education.professional education of specialists under the program "Environmental Protection at construction sites" in 2008, at Moscow State Mining University under the program "Design of buildings and structures" in 2009, at the training center "Building Safety" under the program "Construction Management, functions of the general contractor" in 2015 and under the program "Building Design and civil and industrial facilities" in 2016.

He holds a diploma of professional retraining in the program "Ecology, environmental protection, environmental safety" for 2020.

He completed advanced training at the Moscow training center "Modern Standards" under the program "Design of buildings and structures, including those at particularly dangerous, technically complex and unique facilities" in 2021.
