Alexander Lozhkin

Background

Professor at the International Academy of Architecture (Moscow branch).

From 1992 to 1997, in parallel with his project activities, he headed the historical development sector of the NPC for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.

From 1999 to 2011, he was the Executive Director of the Novosibirsk Regional Public Organization Cultural Heritage.

Since 1997, he has participated in the organization and work of the Golden Capital Architecture and Design Festival.

From 2011 to March 2013, he worked in Perm at the municipal Office of Urban Projects, where he participated in the implementation of a new model of urban planning policy for Russia.

Member of the jury and expert councils of many architectural competitions and awards, including the Russian pavilion of the Venice Biennale.
