Background

Since 1999, she has worked as a teacher at the Ural College of Construction, Architecture and Entrepreneurship; since 2006, as head of the computer center; since 2010, as deputy director. In 2019, she was appointed Deputy Director and Head of the Center for Advanced Professional Training in the Sverdlovsk Region.

Under his direct supervision, support was provided for 10 regional, 11 federal and 4 international projects aimed at implementing the initiatives of the national Education project to eliminate the existing and potential shortage of personnel and competencies relevant to the region's economy.

He pays special attention to the development of cooperation with employers, participates in the organization of events to introduce a target model for the involvement of public and business associations and the participation of employer representatives through joint events.
