Leonid Bandorin
Background
Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental and Land Law, Faculty of Law, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Candidate of Law.
In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
On December 14, 2011, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Permitted use of land plots" there.
He has significant experience in legislative work at the federal level. He was a member of the working groups on the preparation of drafts of the Water Code of the Russian Federation (2002), the Forest Code of the Russian Federation
He is a regular participant in scientific, methodological, practical and educational seminars in the field of land, property and urban planning relations.

He participated in the formation of the regulatory legal framework in the field of urban planning regulation in the subjects of the Russian Federation (Samara region, Republic of Tatarstan) and municipalities, including in the preparation of rules for land use and development (the cities of Perm, Yekaterinburg).
