Background

He received a higher professional education in the field of teaching staff at the Ryazan Institute (branch) Moscow State Open University (2006-2011).

From 2011 to 2016, he worked as a design engineer in design organizations. He was engaged in the design and calculation of industrial projects in the oil and gas sector, general industrial projects, high-rise chimneys, monolithic civil buildings over 75 m, reconstruction of cultural heritage sites.

For the next two years, he was a design engineer/ISU for the organization of CMP of monolithic structures and m/c at the MIBC Moscow City facility, site 16B (2nd stage of the OKO). He was engaged in the organization of procedures for the selection and control of working documentation, the execution of the manufacturer's order, the organization of input, operational control of the general contractor, the implementation of acceptance control, the organization of laboratory control of the contractor, the control of the fulfillment of orders by manufacturers.

From 2018 to the present, he has been working as a leading design engineer, is the head of design work in the customer and technical customer service of the Capital Group project group for the facilities "IFC with above-ground and underground parking, MIBC Moscow City, site 16B" and "Grand Tower", site 15 MIBC Moscow City, as well as the organization of work on the design, development of CTS for the facility, and the examination of project documentation. Draws up technical specifications for the execution of works on design, construction contract, NTS and monitors the execution of technical specifications. Alexander participates in the organization of the control of the work performed by the General Contractor and the control of the work performed by the manufacturing plants, in addition, in the organization of the technical supervision service of the technical customer. He is engaged in the organization of work on the monitoring of building structures for the period of construction and work on the NTS of the construction of the facility.
