Background
He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Ural State University of Railway Communications.
From 2006 to 2011, he worked his way up from foreman to head of the production site at CJSC SMU-3, CJSC Monolit Yekaterinburg.
Then, until 2016, he worked in the Construction Committee of the Yekaterinburg City Administration. He was engaged in the design, construction and reconstruction of social facilities and roads.
From 2016 to 2023, he was engaged in financial, economic and logistical support of the educational complex in the Department of Education of the Yekaterinburg Administration.
In June 2023, he was appointed head of the State Budgetary Institution SB Capital Construction Management of the Sverdlovsk Region.
