Background
In 1984, he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, qualifying as a Civil Engineer.
He worked at SMU-1 and SMU-3.
In 1995, he became one of the founders of the Atomstroykomplex company.
Honorary graduate of UGTU-UPI, Honorary Builder of the Russian Federation.
