He is engaged in consulting and certification according to green building standards. He has 10 years of experience in green building certification, since the introduction of this field in Russia. Under Ksenia's leadership, the first LEED facility in Russia was certified: Hamilton Standard-Nauka CJSC (LEED silver certificate).

Certified according to green standards: business centers, R&D, manufacturing, retail, offices, housing. She has conducted more than 30 trainings for design and construction organizations on green building standards.

Accredited BREEAM appraiser. Accredited professional of LEED (LEED AP BD+C) Auditor of DGNB, SDS SAR-SPZS, SDS EcoMaterial, EcoPro. GREENZOOM expert, NP NBESR. Developer of Russian green standards.

In addition to green construction, he is engaged in projects on environmental protection and sustainable development, the development of environmental and green standards, life cycle assessment, audits of enterprises producing building materials, and non-financial reporting.
