Ksenia was one of the pioneers of ecological construction in Russia and became one of the founding members of the Russian Council for Ecological Construction. She participated in the preparation of reports on environmental construction for the Sochi 2014 Olympics and the United Nations Population Division (making recommendations on environmental construction-related reforms in Kazakhstan). Ksenia was a member of the BRE Global international working group on the development of the BREEAM In-Use tool. In 2011-2013, Ksenia was responsible for projects of such Russian and international clients as Radius Group, Russian Railways, Shell, Ghelamco, O1 Properties and Japanese House.
