Alexey Krupkin

Background

He held the positions of Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Sverdlovsk Region (2007-2009); First Deputy Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region (2015-2016).

While working at the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Sverdlovsk Region, at the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region, he directly supervised and was responsible for the implementation of investment projects of the regional targeted investment program, namely: housing construction for employees of regional budget organizations and young professionals; construction of the regional hematology center;  reconstruction of the medical and diagnostic building of the regional children's tuberculosis sanatorium "Luch" (Sysertsky district); a boarding school for the elderly (Verkhnyaya Tura); construction of gas pipelines.

He made a significant contribution to the development of the construction industry in the region and the creation of one of the strongest industrial and construction clusters in Russia.

In the period 2009-2010, as a member of the Board of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, he personally participated in the creation and development of a system of self-regulation in the construction industry, design and engineering surveys for construction.

From 2013 to 2014, he was the official representative of JSC Monarch Development in the Sverdlovsk Region for cooperation with regional and municipal authorities on the implementation of a project for the integrated development of the territory and residential development of the Tsentralny district and the Istoksky planning district.

He actively implemented a program to prepare for the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches in Yekaterinburg.

From 2017 to the present, he holds the position of Director of the UrFU Institute of Construction and Architecture.
