Background
He graduated from Ural State University (USU), Faculty of Political Science and Sociology.
He worked in government agencies and served as the press secretary of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region. In 2005, he became the head of the PR Department of Renova-StroyGroup, the development division of Renova Group (currently KORTROS Group). Implemented a project to promote the Academic District construction project, the largest urban development project in Europe.
Since 2013, he has been Director of Strategic Communications at Airports of the Regions Management Company, Russia's leading airport holding company.
