He has been working in the field of territorial development management for more than 15 years. Co-founder of Urban Alliance, co-author of the standard for citizen engagement in addressing issues of urban environment development. Head of development and co-author of Russia's first Cycling Guide on adapting cities to bicycles and scooters. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the Center for Urban Competencies of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), and is Director of Corporate Services at the Center for Urban Analytics, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University. He worked as Deputy head of the service for the development of transport hubs at the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise, chief architect of the Tver Region.
