Background
He graduated from the Civil Engineering Institute (PGS), the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University, the Institute of Foreign Languages, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.
He has more than 250 published scientific papers, including dozens of articles in foreign journals. Participated in the drafting of many regulatory and advisory documents on the design of reinforced concrete structures. He has made presentations at numerous domestic and foreign conferences, including in the USA, England, France, Greece, Austria, South Korea, Japan, etc. Participated in the design of dozens of buildings and structures together with leading design organizations – MNITEP, PI-1, PI-2, Mosproekt-2, Moscow Promstroyniiproekt, etc.
