Sergei Kozupica

From 1993 to 1998, he worked as a technician, engineer at the Department of Engineering Geodesy and Topography of the Krasnoyarsk Trust for Civil Engineering Surveys.

In 1998, he was hired as a leading specialist in surveying at the construction and industrial joint-stock company US-604 (Zelenogorsk city).

In 2000, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Federal State Institution "Land Cadastral Chamber" in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In 2007, he became Director of the Federal State Institution "Land Cadastral Chamber" in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and since 2012, Director of the branch of the Federal State budgetary institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration of Cadastre and Cartography" in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Department of Cartography and Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Federal Register.

Since July 2014, he has been Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Since January 1, 2018 - Minister of Construction of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Since September 4, 2021 - Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
