Background

In 1996, he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute with a degree in physics engineering.

In 1999, he graduated from the Institute of Personnel Retraining of the Higher School of Economics with a degree in Management.

In the period from 2007 to 2010, he was an adviser to the Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk region.

In the period from 2010 to 2018, he held the position of vice-rector of the Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin.

In 2018, by decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, he was appointed Minister of International and Foreign Economic Relations of the Sverdlovsk Region.
