Background

He graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Railway Transport: faculties of Bridges and Tunnels (2007) and Economics and Social Management (2011).

Expertise: launch and development of manufacturing companies with 0, 10 years of project management experience in the public sector, RnD in construction technologies, prefab and modular construction in Russia.

Demid Kosterev has been managing companies for over 11 years. In 2014, he was one of the managers responsible for the transportation of the Olympic Games in Sochi. He was awarded the medal of the President of the Russian Federation for his significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and commendations from the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

In 2017, Kosterev founded the innovation and manufacturing company Modulbau, which is a leading developer and manufacturer of ready-made building elements (modules) using prefab technology.
