Peter has extensive experience in the development of building structures at various stages of design, preparation of technical specifications, coordination of the project team, coordination of projects in the supervisory authorities.

Participated in the design of objects of various functional purposes at all stages of design from concept to author supervision. For many years he has been designing the structural elements of buildings and structures, including unique ones. Performs static and dynamic calculations of steel and reinforced concrete frames of buildings and structures, including for seismically active areas. Designs complex cases related to the reconstruction of buildings.

Peter actively develops the institute of mentoring within the company, is a mentor for students and new specialists of the HR department, conducts lectures on the introduction to the specialty in specialized universities. He acts as an expert in the Department of the Kyrgyz Republic and is a member of the expert commission within the framework of industry student competitions.
