He organized 4 International Dismantling Forums in Russia in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2 "Dismantling Days" in 2023, 2024 - the only professional industrial dismantling and recycling events in Russia. Within the framework of the "Dismantling Days", he hosted a delegation of students and teachers (more than 600 people), providing direct communication between students and employers. He organized the first training seminars in Russia for mechanics and machine operators of special machinery and equipment on dismantling and recycling.
