Background
He graduated from the Tolyatti Military Technical Institute in 2005. He is an engineering engineer by profession. He completed his military service in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation as a vocational engineer in the capital construction department. Then he continued his professional activity in a civil organization as deputy head of construction.
